How To Apply ISP

The Student should apply online and submit all transcripts.

Within 3 business days an Academic Analysis will be returned to the Student or Graduateoffering either Track One or Track Two or a choice of either.

Track One is for individuals that are currently graduates of a Bachelor of Science – Nursing from their country of origin, generally the placement process can take as little as 120 days with an expedited USCIS application. The first step is to apply and submit all transcripts from the student’s local university. Assuming all is approved then the graduate would be eligible for Track One. Normal processing can take as much as 9-11 months or more with the USCIS. This is completely out of our control. If an individual currently holds an approved and accredited Bachelor of Science – Nursing degree, the individual is only required to take our preparatory class study programs, also known as Certificate Programs on this website. This path is the shortest route to working in the United States. It should also be noted that all Immigration fees paid are nonrefundable and the results are solely determined by the USCIS. We cannot control the results or findings in background checks, nor the processing time.
Track Two is for students who need to graduate from our US University with a Bachelor of Science – Nursing. The number of needed accredited semester hours and costs will be disclosed in the academic analysis. This may require multiple semesters of time to graduate. Track Two will take a little longer than Track One, therefore it may be more appropriate for the student to apply for the normal USCIS application. Please consult with your GRP Advisory Counselor. If the student desires a more rapid turn time from the USCIS then the expedited USCIS application will dramatically reduce the Immigration processing time. Assuming the Immigration process starts early on in the students journey with an EXPEDITED USCIS APPLICATION, Track Two generally takes 90-120 days after passing the NCLEX.

It should be noted that if the student does not apply for the expedited USCIS application they should expect the minimum time to cross the GRP Opportunity Bridge to the USA to be approximately one year from beginning to end. This is primarily due to the backlog of Immigrant applications within the USCIS and out of the control of the GRP.

There is much work and commitment from both the student and GRP to result in a successful outcome.

It is highly recommended that if a students has the option of Track One and they speak fluent English the student should strongly consider applying for the expedited USCIS Premium service. Keep in mind that the sooner the student can arrive in the USA the sooner they can start their new full time employment.

Please consult with our GRP Advisory Counselors to offer professional caring guidance. We are hear for you!
